Carbon flooring is an engineered oak hardwood with a deep grey matte finish. The matte coat produces a flat, non-reflective surface that keeps the oak grain visible without gloss. Engineered construction bonds a real oak wear layer to a cross-ply wood core, giving the board more dimensional stability across humidity and temperature shifts than solid hardwood.

The deep grey sits in a range that reads as near-neutral. It is dark without tipping into black, and the cool tone works with a broad range of wall colours and material pairings.
